Steps Of Registration/ Waiting List

  • Step 1: Fill the waiting list registration form  If you have a section 21 ensure its stated on your registration we may require evidence of this
  • Step 2: Once on the waiting list you will be redirected to a page where you can build your Housing Criteria Profile (HV). (You will remain on the waiting list and your account will remain pending until we find you a suitable accommodation during this time we will verify your income and identification
  • Step 3:  We  contact you once we believe we have found you a suitable accommodation. You will   then sign our companies agreement and arrange for you to have an immediate home viewing .
  • Step 4: ” Hooray” We have found you a suitable accommodation. We collect the rent paying it directly to your landlord or agency
